ZZ Top Sharp Dressed Man

| May 1, 2012 | 5 Comments

Welcome to this week’s coaching session.

Today I’ve got some more ZZ Top, with that distinctive riff from the song Sharp Dressed Man. This time we’ll be once again using the technique of the double stops, but taking it a bit further this time, playing in two positions on the neck and moving quickly between those positions.

You’ll notice the backing track is slightly faster than the original song, so it’ll certainly give you a bit of a challenge!

I’ll make sure this session goes into your “Coaching” library on the Members site so you can come back to it on a regular basis until you’ve cracked it! Remember there’s a whole range of other riffs and easy guitar songs for you to master in the BandJammer libraries.
