Techniques; Pull-Offs
Welcome to this week’s coaching session.
Today we’re looking at Pull-Offs and a cool practice routine. I’ve three videos for this session so it’s easy for you to work on each session as build up your guitar skills and speed ready for play the great songs in your song library. First we’ll look at single pull-offs and then progress to double pull-offs.
This does take some practice to really master, so I’ve also recorded a backing track for you to give you a bit of motivation and a goal. But don’t worry if you can’t get up to speed right away. I’ll make sure this session goes into your “Coaching” library on the Members site so you can come back to it on a regular basis until you’ve cracked it!
However if you found this quite easy, then i’d recommend you take a look at the Long Road To Ruin solo in your “Songs library”. This is probably one of the most challenging solos to play in your “Songs Library” (I think our drummer got a bit carried away with his timing!)
Here’s our version of Long Road To Ruin, by the Foo Fighters. The solo comes in at around 2mins 30. Good luck!
