Biffy Clyro join the UK’s Download Festival line up

It has been announced that Scottish rockers Biffy Clyro have joined the line up for Download festival alongside the likes of Metallica, Black Sabbath, Soundgarden, Tenacious D, Machine Head and countless other classic rock acts. The festival will take place this summer at Donington Park, and highlights will include the reformed original Black Sabbath line up and Metallica playing the complete Black Album to mark its anniversary.
Biffy Clyro’s frontman Simon Neil said that they were asked personally by Metallica, whom they have supported before for several other shows.
